       Mission Statement:

To concentrate on cultivating spiritual and intellectual growth among all Presbyterians in our region and calling forth excellence and faithfulness among all leaders in our Presbytery.

The Leadership Development division of the Presbytery is divided into ministry teams. Each group meets independently and reports to the Leadership Development Committee.
The Leadership Development Committee provides support and oversight to its ministry teams on an ongoing basis by:
1) Reviewing each ministry team’s long range plans,
2) Encouraging each ministry team to plan programs which offer a balanced perspective in any matters of possible controversy, and reminding them regularly that their plans and programs are to include the broad range of theological perspectives represented in the Presbyterian Church (USA).
3) Provide feedback to each ministry team expressing gratitude for their ministry. All reports, publicity and events of each ministry team are presented to Presbytery through the Leadership Development Committee.
