30 Hour Famine

The 30 Hour Famine, sponsored by the Presbytery of Charlotte, will take place Saturday & Sunday, February 21-22, 2009, at Covenant Presbyterian Church in Charlotte. This event is open to youth in grades 6-12. Registration is from 8am-9am, with a light pre-fast breakfast on Saturday, February 21 in the Fellowship Hall Building. Closing worship for the event will be held Sunday afternoon and a break the fast meal of rice and beans will be served. The event will conclude around 3pm Sunday afternoon. Registration cost is $10 per person, payable at registration.

High School Retreat

The High School Retreat will take place March 21 & 22, 2009 at Camp Pee Dee. All youth in grades 9-12, along with their adult leaders, are invited to attend. Enjoy worship, Bible study, recreation, and making new friends! This will be a spiritual experience, as all activities are geared toward individuals interested in growing in their faith and strengthening spiritual ties. Registration is due March 9th.

Middle School Retreat

The Middle School Retreat will take place April 25 & 26, 2009 at Camp Grier. This is an chance for youth in grades 6-8 and their adult leaders to grow spiritually, with worship, Bible study, recreation, and a variety of activities with others in their age group.
