Charlotte Rescue MissionCharlotte Rescue Mission hosts several volunteer orientations each month. This event gives you a chance to take a tour, meet the staff and learn about volunteer opportunities at our Rebound facility at 907 West 1st Street, or our Dove’s Nest facility at 2855 West Boulevard. They last about an hour and begin promptly. Volunteer orientations are required for anyone who wants to volunteer at the mission.

Cooperative Christian MinistryWhatever your skills and time constraints are, we welcome your commitment to making a difference by donating your time. Each volunteer job opportunity requires a specific task and time commitment, from one-time projects to once a week responsibilities. Although we have a wide variety of volunteer opportunities the need in each of these areas fluctuates.
Consider attending a Talk ‘n Tour Orientation to learn more about CCM and the opportunities to get involved in our ministry. Volunteer information sessions are held on the first Tuesday and Wednesday of each month. Check out the Talk ‘n Tour Schedule to find a date that works for you.

Stop Hunger NowThis program provides life-saving meals to people throughout the world who suffer from starvation. It is a volunteer-based program that enables churches and other organizations to play a significant role by packaging high protein, dehydrated meals for needy areas such as Haiti, Kenya, Ghana, Honduras, and more. It also provides an on-site mission that illustrates the spirituality of hospitality, compassion, and justice. Consider hosting an event at your church, or check back frequently to see if there is a Stop Hunger Now event happening in your area.
