Rev. David Carriker and family upon the tragic loss of his stepson, Thomas Howell, who died on Tuesday, December 1st. Rev. Carriker also lost his son-in-law, Ben Motley, due to a traffic accident on November 21st. Ben was a Marine veteran who returned from Iraq with severe disabilities and he traveled with a service dog most of the time. The accident happened less than a mile from the Motley’s home. The Carriker’s daughter is Rebecca (Ben’s wife) and they have a 12 year old daughter named Hannah.
The family of the Rev. Robert Teed, former pastor of Altan Church, who passed on November 25th at age 88.
Rev. Janet Tyson, for healing from an illness.
General Presbyter, Rev. Dr. Jan Edmiston, recovering from rotator cuff shoulder surgery.
She is back at work remotely, but taking it slowly in order to recover properly.
COM Co-Moderator, Elder Katie Dunlap, who is recovering from back surgery.
The family of the Rev. Ken Craig, who passed on November 14th at the age of 91.
Rev. Craig was serving as Parish Associate at First-Concord Church.
