Anti-Racism Ministry Cohort

Anti-Racism Ministry Cohort

The Anti-Racism Ministry Cohort of the Presbytery of Charlotte is called by God to discover and address the systemic and individual racism found within our presbytery. We seek to encourage and equip our churches and individuals to engage in interracial dialogue, relationship building, and dismantling of racism efforts in the communities throughout our seven counties.

Ten Cents-A-Meal Program

Mission: To Feed and Nurture those who hunger and thirst, both physically and spiritually.
The actions of the Ten Cents-a-Meal Program shall serve to assist the local congregations to address these mission outreach needs by combining resources and coordinating mission outreach validation and support throughout the counties served by the Presbytery of Charlotte.

Rev. Eleanor Shell and her husband Blake, upon the birth of their daughter, Blakely Ruth, on November 5th.

PRESBYTERY PRAYER CONCERNS:

The family of Rev. Leonard “Len” Bergman, who passed on November 28th at age 89. Funeral service for Rev. Bergman will take place
on Sunday, December 17th at 3:00 pm at First Presbyterian Church, 133 S. Main Street, Mount Holly, NC 28120.

MRC has concluded its 2023 grants funding cycle
and will begin receiving 2024 grant applications on January 1, 2024.
