Hopewell Presbyterian Church in Huntersville, NC is looking for someone with office experience to be our next Church Secretary. This is a 3 day per week, 7 hours per day. The office is open from 9:00 AM until 4:30 PM Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Responsibilities include preparing the weekly bulletins, a monthly newsletter, and meeting documents; scheduling groups using facilities and campus meetings; keeping a church calendar of events; and acting as a central contact for communication. Candidates should be outgoing, well organized, have computer skills, and an aptitude for recent software programs.
