INTERIM PASTOR AT MEMORIAL PC
Memorial Presbyterian Church is seeking an Interim Pastor. The Interim Pastor will be responsible for moderating the Session and for providing pastoral leadership and administrative oversight of the church’s ministries, including worship, music, preaching, teaching, mission service, stewardship, and fellowship. He/she will work with the Session and Church staff to provide opportunities for members to engage in worship, discipleship and mission. He/she will use their developed interim-specialist skills to assess the congregation’s current and long-term needs and provide inspiring counsel and leadership to help the Church identify what it is called to be in the future. The Interim Pastor will support the congregation so that it can continue to identify its mission and purpose as the body of Christ during the time between installed pastors. He/she will help prepare the congregation for new pastoral leadership.

PART-TIME INTERNSHIP AT UNITY PC (Denver, NC)
(Children’s, Youth or Worship Available)
We are offering free housing in our church manse (home near the church) in exchange for 8 hours of work per week. We are a Presbyterian Church located in Denver, NC. You will live will another intern who will also be from a nearby college. All utilities/rent is paid for by the church.

You will get to choose what area of ministry you want to serve in- Children’s Ministry, Youth Ministry or Worship. Your hours will depend on what area you choose. Generally, you will work on Sunday mornings from 9 am to noon, and then one other afternoon or evening during the week. You will get the opportunity to lead and develop programs as well as teach and form curriculum. We are happy to customize portions of the internship to meet your particular interests and passions within the church.

The Youth Ministry Coordinator will oversee programming for and work with middle and high school youth (grades 6-12), and their families at Caldwell Presbyterian Church. The Coordinator will develop healthy relationships with the youth, supporting their faith development, helping them connect faith, purpose, and action.
