BOOKKEEPER AT FIRST-ROCK HILL PC
First Presbyterian Church of Rock Hill, SC is looking for a qualified bookkeeper to fill our part-time Financial Secretary position. This position will perform all accounting and bookkeeping functions for the church, including accounts payable transactions, receipts, quarterly giving statements for members, monthly financial reports for church leadership, etc. Hours average between 12 – 15 per week, with a flexible work environment and scheduling to meet personal needs. YOUTH DIRECTOR AT ROCKY RIVER PC
Rocky River Presbyterian Church in Concord is seeking a part-time Youth Director. The position of Youth Director works with the youth (Grades 6-12) and their families to establish, strengthen and maintain a Christian Education Program for the Youth of RRPC. This position will consist of programs, activities, and personal relationships that will enable the youth to know God, make God known to others, and to grow and develop as disciples of Jesus Christ.

Position Requirements: The Youth Director must have an adequate background / experience in Christian Education either through formal education or work experience with a preference for experience running youth programs. Additionally, it is the expectation that the Youth Director exhibits Christian character and an understanding of the theology, practice and worship of the Presbyterian Church.

MUSIC DIRECTORS / OTHER POSITIONS

DIRECTOR OF MUSIC MINISTRIES AT CENTRAL STEELE CREEK PC
We are seeking a part-time Director of Music Ministries that develops and leads the Christian music program of the church in blended services. The successful candidate will be coordinating the entire music program of the church, including the adult choir, the children’s choir and the youth choir. The position also includes coordinating any other music ensembles. We are looking for someone to lead us in blended Sunday worship services, developing and promoting a praise band/group. The candidate must have sufficient musical skills and personal charisma to attract others to musical activities in the church and inspire them to use and develop their talents to the glory of God. A familiarity with Presbyterian worship is an asset.

Qualifications: The candidate should have a background in church music with a minimum of 1-3 years experience in directing choirs. Be able to direct and accompany during performances. A bachelor’s degree in music is preferred or equivalent education experience. A background check will be required along with youth protection training before employment is offered.
