The focus resource for the Year of Leader Formation, Coming Alive in Christ: Training for PC(USA) Ruling Elders and Deacons based on the Constitutional Questions, will continue to be available through Equip as a study of the beliefs that are central to our lives of faith and in our community with each other. 2020 SESSION MINUTES REVIEW:
The Book of Order requires that requires that each Session submit its minutes at least once each year to the Presbytery for general review. The
Stated Clerk’s Sessional Records Review Task Force has the responsibility of reviewing Sessional records of the churches in the Presbytery of Charlotte on an annual basis. If you have not already submitted your church’s 2020 minutes, the Task Force requests that you mail your Session meeting and Congregational Meeting minutes for calendar year 2020.
The minutes will be reviewed and ready to be returned at the October 26, 2021 Stated Presbytery meeting at Rocky River Presbyterian Church.

Some important guidelines to note:
•Submit a copy of your 2020 minutes (signed) – NOT the originals
•No records will be received or reviewed after September 30, 2021.

•Please mail them by July 1, 2021 to:
